Travel Risk Assistant - Amman, Jordan

Role Overview

We are seeking a Travel Risk Support Assistant to join our operations team in Amman.

This is an entry-level role designed for individuals looking to build a career in travel risk management, operations and global assistance. You will play a key role in maintaining the Travel Risk Hub, supporting the the Global Traveller platform, and assisting the operations team in delivering services to clients.

This role offers a clear pathway into a Travel Risk Coordinator position as the organisation grows.

Key Responsibilities

• maintain and update Travel Risk Hub content (countries, cities and summaries)

• conduct structured research on travel risks, security environments and operational conditions

• support Global Traveller platform on-boarding

• assist the operations team with coordination and administrative tasks

• support communications with regional service providers where required

• assist during active operational tasks and live movements

Skills & Experience

• fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken)

• strong research and analytical ability

• excellent written communication skills

• highly organised and detail-oriented

• confident using digital platforms and systems

• professional, calm and structured in approach

• ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Salary

• JOD 800 per month (probation period)

• JOD 1,200 per month (post-probation)
