Travel Risk Coordinator - Amman, Jordan

Stratum Global Risk is a specialist travel risk management and operational support company supporting organisations and travellers operating across the Middle East and globally.

Through our Global Traveller platform, regional operations network and international partners, we provide real-time travel monitoring, coordination and operational support to corporate clients, NGOs and insurers.

This role involves regular communication with international travellers and corporate clients around the world. We are currently recruiting Travel Risk Coordinators to join our operations centre in Amman.

Role Overview

Travel Risk Coordinators support travellers by monitoring travel risks, managing operational requests and coordinating logistics and field personnel across the region.

You will communicate directly with travellers, corporate clients and international partners while coordinating operational responses when assistance is required.

This role suits organised individuals who enjoy problem solving, coordination and working in a fast-paced international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor travel alerts and disruptions affecting travellers globally

• Manage traveller requests through the Global Traveller platform

• Coordinate transport providers and Travel Safety Operators

• Communicate with travellers requiring assistance or support

• Liaise with corporate clients and international partners

• Maintain operational records and incident updates

Requirements

• Native Arabic speaker

• Strong working proficiency in English

• Minimum 2 years experience in logistics, travel, NGO or operational coordination

• Strong IT skills and ability to work with digital platforms

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment

Working Pattern

Shift-based role in the Amman operations centre.

Typical rotation: 12-hour shifts

3 days on/3 days off/ 3 night shifts

Salary & Benefits

1200 – 1400 JOD per month
