Regional Manager - Ras Al Khaimah, UAE

Stratum Global Risk is a travel risk management and operational support provider supporting organisations and travellers operating across the Middle East and globally. Through our 24/7 Operations Centre in Amman, we monitor regional developments, support travellers through our Global Traveller platform, and coordinate logistics, security and assistance services across the region.

We are seeking a Regional Manager to lead our UAE-based activities, supporting client engagement, operational coordination and regional business development. This role requires a well-rounded professional capable of operating across operational delivery, partner coordination and commercial development.

Role Overview

This position forms a critical link between GCC clients and Stratum’s operations centre in Amman. The successful candidate will support both operational delivery and regional business development as the company expands its presence across the Gulf.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development of Stratum Global Risk’s presence within the GCC region

• Engage with corporate clients, insurers, travel management companies and partners

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the Gulf region

• Support operational coordination between GCC clients and the Amman Operations Centre

• Assist with planning and coordination of travel risk support services across the region

• Develop and maintain relationships with regional service providers and partners

• Coordinate with the global partnerships team on strategic opportunities

• Represent the organisation in meetings with partners and clients

• Ensure operational requirements for regional projects are communicated effectively to the operations centre

Requirements

• Professional experience within logistics, security, travel operations or operational coordination

• Experience supporting or managing regional operations or projects

• Experience in business development or client relationship management

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Ability to work across operational and commercial responsibilities

• Strong IT skills and confidence working with operational systems and digital platforms

• Ability to work independently while coordinating with a distributed team
